About us . . . After traveling throughout the world we fell in love with Mexico and purchased property on the island of Cozumel. We currently use our property on the island as a vacation rental and we try to use it ourselves whenever we get the chance. Over the years we've gotten to know the area very well and we're always learning more! Today we represent many properties in Cozumel, Akumal, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras and Tankah. We're very proud of the fine selection we have to offer and we make it our business to become familiar with each and every one. We travel to Mexico frequently so we can provide thorough and up-to-date information on the properties we offer, plus additional information on restaurants, excursions, maps, etc. We try to have fun along the way, scuba diving, snorkeling, trying new restaurants, etc. and we share what we learn with others. We hope you find the information helpful in planning your vacation. New properties are frequently added to our list of offerings, but we're more concerned with quality than quantity. We preview each property that we represent and make periodic checks to make sure all properties are up to our high standards. We make every effort to provide properties in a wide range of prices. Most of the villas/condos that we represent are owned by Americans who make their vacation property available to other travelers. We work with them and respect the policies that they set for their properties, including rates and maximum occupancy. A 50% deposit is required in order to confirm a reservation with balance is due 45 days before departure. We accept personal checks. money orders or wire transfers. Some properties require a security deposit (ranging from $150 to $3,000); this is refunded within 30 days after your return. Arrival/Departure . . . Upon final payment we will send you instructions on how to checke in along with names and phone numbers of your contact in the area. Check in is between 1 to 3 p.m. (depending on the property). Maid service and purified bottled water will be provided throughout your stay. Check out time is 10 a.m. unless prior arrangements have been made. This allows time for the staff to prepare the property for the next guests.
